Jennifer Salimbene

CEO

With years of land-use experience Jennifer has managed and led entitlement efforts on several projects in Santa Fe, ranging from mixed-use, residential, retail and institutional developments. Over time, she has gained a keen and thorough understanding of the zoning code, urban planning principles, permitting and related land-use laws, all of which are essential in navigating through the City and County entitlement process.
Jennifer graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is also a proud Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority alum.  During her time at Sam Houston she also studied for a semester abroad at the Universidad Americana in Puebla, Mexico. Though born in South Texas her family is originally from New Mexico.

Jennifer's experience with urban planning, spans through City, County and State. Responsible for preparing, managing and overseeing the processing of land-use entitlement applications for several large-scale developments in Santa Fe, She has been involved in all aspects of a project proposal, from the land-use feasibility phase through entitlement approval, including community and public outreach efforts. Assisted in presentations to various advisory and decision making bodies, from neighborhood groups to City officials. This, along with having served as a liaison between the client, the community and the City with the primary goal of ensuring a smooth and transparent entitlement process, all while meeting project objectives.

Michael Salimbene

President, Reception and Other Cool Things

Don't let the face fool you... Michael is kinda smart and will likely surprise you. Though, not as charismatic nor intelligent as most, Michael makes up for it with his handsome dog RandyTravis.

Michael's tenure as a General Partner and Limited Partner in RLand Capital and RLand Properties, has given him over 10 years experience in commercial real estate, working closely with city, county and state entities from the perspective of both developer and builder.  From ROW Acquisitions to Annexations, Michael has experienced many of the ups and downs so common in the commercial real estate development world. Also noteworthy, Michael has served on a Texas School Board, an HOA and multiple charitable boards and foundations. While in Santa Fe, Michael has served on the Board of The First Tee and made notable contributions, including his time, to local charities such as Solace, Santa Fe Boys and Girls Club and Santa Fe Firefighter's Children Charities, to name a few.
