SUP's, Alcohol
& Other Licensing
We cover SUP’s (Special Use Permits) which allow special use, conditional use, or specific use under certain circumstances. SUP's are often required for batch plants, the sale or manufacture of alcohol, schools, dance halls, metal salvage, cell towers, transportation, industrial uses, and other circumstances.
Retroactive Permits
Are you selling your home and stressed because of past unpermitted work? Did your neighbors report you for failing to get the permits you need? Perhaps, your home’s previous owner remodeled without permits and you didn’t think to inspect the home or inquire about permits before the transaction. Our team will get your retroactive permit, which is much like a regular one, as it allows the Building Department to confirm that the work complies with all current codes.
